Emotionless
In contrast to many LASK fans, the “Causa Kühbauer” does not affect me emotionally at all. I don’t give a damn who insulted whom, how and why in the LASK duels against Rapid in the past few years.
From a purely sporting point of view, the situation for LASK currently looks catastrophic. The descent is still not averted. The team is playing far below their limit and they were missing a guy who everyone from the first to the 25th squad had respect for.
Kühbauer fills this vacuum simply because he has experienced everything in football. In addition, he has made his team better in a relatively short time with every new coaching station. And that’s what a coach should be judged on in the first place.

It’s a cinematic change of coach. For the LASK club leadership, it is the “pursuit of happiness” in order to still arrive in the European football business after numerous setbacks. The hard core of the fans would probably title the film, which shows Didi Kühbauer on his own sidelines, “The enemy in my bed”.
Kuhbauer is an expert. There is nothing to shake. However, it is doubtful whether he will bring the much-needed calm to the club. In any case, noise in the stands is programmed.
