Now we can say that the pandemic was an engine to advance faster in the cultural transformation that we had been developing in Medife and whose objective is to make life easier for those who choose us.
In this framework, we strengthened CamDoctor -the remote medical care app- and we developed the application MediHelp for those who live alone, among other technological innovations applied to health.

In addition, we began to watch very carefully as the world was leading the way to hybrid work. That’s why, with an eye toward connecting with our associates in their everyday lives and being close to them in a simple and useful way, we planned and launched the Medife Space in Pilar, Mar del Plata and Neuquén.
They are coworking spaces where members can work and hold work meetings without losing comfort or our premise: taking care of their health. All the Medife Spaces They have lighting, ventilation and adequate furniture to maintain a correct posture of the body.
Among other actions, we also entered into an agreement with Wellness Services so that members can access free of charge vitality, the largest wellness program in the world. Vitality works through a mobile application, which proposes weekly physical activity goals. The activity is recorded through a cell phone or smart watch, linked to the application, which measures the number of steps and/or heart rate. By meeting the weekly goal, users add points that can then be exchanged for vouchers, discounts or physical prizes at the Vitality Argentina Mall.
This is how the cultural transformation of an organization translates into concrete actions for the benefit of its associates. We will continue working and innovating in this sense to put new technologies and the Medifé Spaces at the center of our experience for associates.
