Between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. you can find yourself in this unique ambience. In addition, more than 25 Wachau top winegrowers offer a variety of local wines. From the new, attractive DAC line of regional, local and site wines, everything in the proven Wachau categories according to Steinfeder, Federspiel and Smaragd will be there.
There are also cocktail bars and some food trucks that take a stand for culinary refreshment. Garnished with live music, a great atmosphere and hopefully nice weather, everything that goes with a cool summer party is on offer.
If a good number of winegrowers still manage to increase the 2cl sample sip to 3cl, then the often tongue-in-cheek saying of the Wachau “envious sip” loses its raison d’être.
