Everyone is thinking about 80% for this year. It is clear that the Finance areas hold their heads. We will see how this process is reconciled, but there will be a lot of action for the areas of human resources and labor relations.
For those outside the agreement (FC) the panorama is complicated since they are often the adjustment variable and are below the increases in the positions in the agreement. The increases for the FC have never exceeded those of the personnel included in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT). It would be a novelty that will not happen for the first time this time. Unimaginable and unrealizable.
On the other side of the counter, the situation is complex to respond to the demands and expectations of adjustment.
