“Thanks to Argentina Programa I was able to enter Integra Media at the age of 31, with no experience in anything related to technology and completely changing the field. The company decided to bet on me and told me that, although I had no experience in the sector, they saw my soft skills and leadership as highly developed. So they gave me the chance to be a Scrum Master [figura que lidera equipos] of a group of 10 people from different parts of the world: Ukraine, Russia, India, United States and Argentina. I was currently promoted to software project leader of the implementation team,” he said. Jimena Sancheznative of Salta.

Sharon Imhoff Anzor (28) also decided to completely change the direction of his life and signed up for the Argentina Program. “At that time I was working as a music teacher and looking for a new branch because I didn’t feel completely comfortable in that profession. Now I work in a consultancy called Connectis as a Java Junior developer and I love it. In the world of programming I feel much more comfortable, not only at the salary level, but also at the personal growth level, ”she said.

“Argentina Program opens many doors for you, this world gives you many opportunities and you can grow in every way”, he remarked Antonella Paiz Loker who is 32 years old, is from Entre Ríos and works as a software developer at the BP4 company.

Alejandra Escubilla He is 22 years old, he is from the Federal Capital and he got his first job at Provincia Microcreditos del Banco Provincia. “I was studying programming at the National Technological University (UTN) and I found out about the course because my classmates shared it on WhatsApp, so it seemed like a good idea to sign up to have a certification and a future employment relationship,” he said.

“There are very few women in programming,” he stressed. Jimena Sanchez. “I work in a company that has more than 300 employees, of which only 20% are women, but we are becoming more and more. It is important that there are more female programmers because there are certain characteristics, such as soft skills, that we can contribute to teamwork and that are lacking in the industry”, she added.

“There is no need to be afraid, we all start from scratch and you have to send yourself. If someone who is interested in entering the world of programming reads this, I would tell them that they have to go ahead without fear”, he concluded. Sharon Imhoff Anzor.
