Uruguay, land of opportunities to invest capital

As a result of the benefits granted by this Law, over the years we could see an increase in the interest of investors in Uruguay. Since we landed there to today, there are already six projects that we have built framed under the Promoted Housing Law with resounding success. We see every day that Argentine investment is active, there is interest, inquiries and, above all, real estate sales.

What are the reasons to invest in Uruguay?

A market that presents social, legal and political stabilityeconomic growth, possibilities of receiving fixed income in a stable currency (approximately 6% per year), very attractive square meter values and tax benefits.

Thus, we can affirm that this Law had a favorable impact on the Montevideo real estate market since it attracted both investors and end users. For this reason, in our case, our focus is on the capital, where we always opt for residential and commercial areas, particularly dynamic due to the convergence of recreational and cultural activities. A formula that has not failed us. To all this, the most important question that arises is:

Uruguay: what are the projects and activities that can access the benefits?

Those that significantly expand the number of social housing available, those that facilitate access to housing for the middle and low income sectors; improve financing and guarantee conditions for the acquisition, and/or promote technological innovation in building construction.

Montevideo, Uruguay

I want to conclude by saying that, given this scenario, it is encouraging to delve into the search for alternatives to stay relevant and take advantage of the promising scenario that Uruguay offers. Today there are more than 85,000 Argentines who own real estate across the Río de la Plata, tempted by the value of the square meter, the income generated by the units and the tax exemptions. We are convinced that the curve is upward, so we will continue betting on Uruguay and encourage those who still have doubts to do so.
