Unfortunately, the much more numerous success stories are forgotten due to the negative contributions on the subject of migration, which are very present in the media everywhere. Thanks to the extremely committed employees in the many teams of volunteers, it has been possible to open up new perspectives for the refugees. Today they work as plumbers, locksmiths, teachers, gastronomy specialists, logisticians, home help and studied electrical engineering in Austria.
Hate speech and populism often dominate on the political stage and in media reporting on migration, but do not do justice to the complexity of this topic. However, it is essential to open up opportunities through education and work. This also applies to everyone in Austria!
