All the suffering and no end in sight. Corona is gradually softening. The worst is behind us. But what effects the negative developments in China will have is an open question. In Europe, uniform, best possible protection through travel bans and restrictions after three years of the pandemic is still asking too much. The asylum crisis continues to wreak havoc. Because the EU still hasn’t figured out how to jointly protect its external borders. Unfortunately, inflation will not really hit until 2023. And – if at all – it will only subside extremely slowly and slightly. And our politicians still think mainly about the economy, about themselves, about their party and not about the people. The longing for new parties and new faces is growing.
