Every point can be decisive in the last four games, so the focus in these two weeks is 100% on the team. The defeat in Vienna and the slipping down to seventh place are bitter at first glance, but they are only one point away from making it into the quarter-finals.

In the meantime you can also feel the tension in the dressing room and everything is subordinated to ice hockey by every player.

Since I spend a lot of time indoors, I can put myself in my colleagues’ shoes and feel like I’m playing myself. Or rather, I would like to put on my equipment for every game and help my team. Unfortunately, it is still much too early for that and I have to be patient.

While the boys fight for every inch on the ice, the usual rehabilitation program continues for me. I work out almost every day and do various types of therapy on the side.

Lately I have discovered the red light lamp for myself. The warm, red light primarily stimulates blood circulation. This leads to a better supply of nutrients and at the same time helps to remove pollutants that cause the swelling.
