Why so serious?
Fun at work? Absolutely. fun at work? Already. But only if nobody else feels disturbed. And it shouldn’t be funny for too long either. Because: What does that look like? We’re not a gang of puppets. Life is serious business. 52 weeks and 365 days a year. Actually. If it weren’t for the carnival season. Perhaps the entire period from November 11th to Ash Wednesday is a little too long to let go of the fool inside. But at least on Shrove Tuesday Batman can take a seat in the office chair. Or Cinderella can take over the work at the forklift. Hopefully with both shoes. It doesn’t have to be laughter. A short loosening will do, too. And that’s enough for that.

Haha …
How fun has it ever really been to dress up in the office? Most costumes are not enough for more than a tired laugh, especially since they are often half-hearted. And if you need oversized sunglasses or a glittery hat to be found funny by your colleagues, you are probably not a joker in principle. Even elaborate disguises quickly lose their entertainment value after the first surprise effect. The rest of the day is disturbed by the surface finish, especially at work.
A four-hour third-quarter financial planning meeting doesn’t get any funnier with robbers, cowboys and clowns at the table. It seems more forced funny than casually funny.
