Genuine employment for a sustainable Argentina

Genuine employment for a sustainable Argentina

The only possible way out of this stalemate is to promote employment.

The first step is to grow. Growth is a necessary condition for generating job demand. The second step is to smooth transitions by prioritizing and enhancing initiatives with a view to creating genuine and sustainable employment over time: preventing disjointed growth from continuing to generate winners and losers, increasing gaps. It is the jobs with progressive wages, associated with growth, which can push the upward social dynamics.

Dynamic productive ecosystems are the first beacon of support to take a leap in productivity, accompanied by organizational and institutional changes that avoid reproducing duality. It is necessary to build, from now on and forward, with the aim of including more people in the production process and promoting increased productivity. Today technology is positioned as the main disruptor, as a new paradigm that changes the way of generating employment and the logic of business.

Promoting improvement in the adoption of technology and training programs, finding novel associativity strategies has been and will continue to be the great learning of the pandemic.

Although politics is the one that has the task of coordinating collective efforts based on a credible growth program, companies have a central role in the search for solutions and consensus for a new economic logic that incorporates forms of employability that reflect and give answers to the new family and work structures. The demands of work in the economy of the 21st century, with technology as the main disruptive factor, must be inclusive to achieve a sustainable Argentina.

The viability of growth and institutionality in Argentina depend on that, central pillars for the development of companies.
