One way only: education

One way only: education

The pre-candidate for legislator for the City and president of renewal aptitude develops a program where education goes from being a form of consumption to being seen as an investment and as one of the main pillars of economic development.

Argentina shows a marked deterioration in education, if it is considered by virtue of its own history. This scenario raises the imperative need to work comprehensively and in depth with an educational policy. However, my critical and at the same time constructive view coexists with the expectation that in our country there are still possibilities to overcome its problems and take advantage of human capital as a tool for growth and development.

Faced with this dilemma, the initiative to establish a “Program of Economics in Labor Education” arose.

What are we talking about. Education is no longer a consumer good or an expense. Today we find ourselves with a labor market that requires displaying practical skills that a course or the same universities today do not have or do not offer. In this way, we can ensure the management of new labor tools and the achievement of experiences in the field of labor practice. My 15-year experience in the private sector in the development of human capital investment, be it from the entrepreneur, employer, self-employed and even the employee, have given me the practical knowledge to create this project today. Program of Economics in Labor Education.

Increased knowledge (Education) and skills (Experience) that increase the factors of production

Aware of installing the concrete debate around the great challenges of the Argentine educational system on the public agenda, the idea is to design different actions that try to address the problem from various approaches to reach different audiences.

Among the topics of the program we can say that the pedagogical challenges in primary and secondary education stand out, the relationship between education and work, the link between education and technology, strategic challenges, educational quality, the link with teachers, educational financing , access to university and Bull ying and inequality.

We hope that this program will be a novel contribution to the Argentine educational policy and that it will allow us to know and think about the different challenges of the educational reality and the future of our country.

As a conclusion I always emphasize that, Higher educated people earn higher salaries, experience lower unemployment and work in more prestigious occupations than less educated people. That is, there is a growing perception that education plays a fundamental role in the modern analysis of a new Economy of labor education and human capital.
