There is a notable difference between the regulations that currently govern and the factual facts, so that it is necessary to make each and every citizen aware of the content of the most important regulations that protect the rights of children and adolescents. It can be seen that in all the analyzes promoted by universal experts on this matter, the result is that the most frequent environments where these practices of violence take place are, firstly, the home and the family; followed by school; protection and justice systems; the workplace and lastly; the whole community.
Regrettably, a tiny proportion of these innocent beings are investigated after the complaints, therefore, very few material perpetrators are prosecuted and / or convicted.
In relation to education, a primary factor for all children in their training, there is currently a tension between this and child labor; Academic studies reflect the different situations suffered by children and adolescents to access the educational system, even more so in terms of staying and graduating from it. Consequence, education is positioned as an alternative to the violation of rights of infants who work. Suppressing this type of situation should be the spirit and commitment of all, trying to clarify the concepts defined above and modifying institutional thoughts in conjunction with the implementation of public policies at different levels, work with families and concrete support. We should achieve a reflection in our audience, on what forms they use when interacting with children.
In the medium term, the school should assume prevention functions to support the elimination of early work, assuming that child labor is a problem that can be avoided, strictly speaking, we would reduce this violation. Sexual exploitation is established through commercial and work relationships, operating through global networks, having the same severity and risk of violence as intrafamily sexual abuse.
In this sense, the loss of control, the abuse of alcohol and drugs, social isolation, the low rate of schooling and unemployment, are some of the determining factors that converge in the proliferation of corruption, impunity and the consent of authorities.
A budget that postpones children’s rights
As a result of this situation, the national and international sexual networks that commercialize girls, boys and adolescents are observed and they expand rapidly to disproportionate times. Sexual violence seems to be an evil of this time, at all times there have been people or groups that were denounced for these events, but even more so in the 20th century.
It must be assumed that our human families have two paths: that of providing a suitable environment to grow and develop, or that of deploying a terrible destructive power. It is essential to assume this reality, repudiated by the majority, in order to transform it.
