We can affirm that there is a human connection and that perhaps at the beginning we cannot see it and it is normal, we do not visualize its true intentions. But every marketing strategy relies on the emotions of the respective consumers who see various publications every day.

One of the things that perhaps not many understand is the capacity in which it has gone so unnoticed, but at the same time being so obvious. Let us remember that marketing always appeals to the most emotional side of all people, thus leading to an indirect connection to be formed.

For example, going back to the aforementioned comment from doctors, we can think about how our parents or grandparents used to choose their doctors.

They went to one of the consultations and they liked it so much that they made it a family doctor. That is, indirectly, a human connection was created and the relationship was maintained after many years. In several cases, doctors shared with family and friends, referring them. The doctor’s choice was based on human connection, regardless of whether or not he was the best professional in the field.

Nowadays the process is different, one can consult a relative or a friend, but usually they take the card from the prepaid or social work and look for a professional by proximity, regardless of whether they are good or not. Just the fact that it appears in the primer already gives one reassurance that they are in good hands.

We currently have a (quite) different relationship with our doctors compared to our parents. But that at the same time generates the same, a connection with the human part of that doctor and us.

That is the true importance of the human connection that marketing handles as an almost perfect strategy. All the techniques that are used will always be in order to give us certain emotions, whether of joy or nostalgia. They achieve this through the memory of the patient’s name, active listening regardless of the time it takes for the consultation (many times we think of that role of “psychologist” that doctors have), the predisposition to schedule another appointment for close way or even when they share their cell phone number with us for emergencies or to make communication easier in the face of the condition that one is having.

But always in order to provoke something in all the people who act as consumers for the different niches in which marketing is used. This is something that everyone should take into account the next time they enter a social network and see some type of advertising.
