Does Linz need satire in the video?

Laughter works

Being different tends to take hold of someone who doesn’t want to go with the flow. So why soften the image of a city with beautiful advertising brochure photos that has many corners where even as a local you can experience Linz as something special? Not taking yourself too seriously is a trait that makes people likeable.

In a world where everyone always wants to be the best and the most beautiful and sometimes believes they are, it feels good to show with a wink that you also have a piece of asphalt to take home with you as a souvenir of Linz on your hand can take. So yes, of course. Satire suits Linz well because a laugh or just a smile can be the best advertisement for a city.

CONS

More Linz

Yes, of course it needs satire! Humor is when you still laugh, especially in times like these. Humor is the salt in the soup of life, but it is also a regional speciality. There could have been more of that in the video. When two “natives” argue in the tavern whether the sausage is called “Cevapi” or “Tschiwal”, it’s a charming appeal for multicultural openness, not just to the people of Linz, but to all of us.

The mission of the climate stickers – not only on the streets of Linz – concerns us all. The graffiti wall in Mural Harbor could grace any other city wall. A really hot Linz steel city experience is always the baptism of fire. Linz needs satire in the video, but the satire in the video could have done with more Linz.
