One of the bases that can be achieved by setting the factors of production in motion is the desire to protect the Right to Work and the Right to Work as an inalienable faculty of human beings due to their condition as such and as the only policy of social inclusion.
The essence of Labor Law is to ensure the balance in the relationship between the worker-employer binomial, a naturally disparate link, which the labor regulations try to equate to achieve legal equality between two subjects who are in dissimilar legal positions.
There is a tendency to divide everything, thinking that you must exclusively be on one side or the other. In general, we see a strong tendency in current politics to divide, to separate the interests of a certain sector and to make the struggle of one part of society our own, leaving the other out.
Thus until now they have governed by categorizing citizens according to self-interest. Nobody seems to notice that in reality worker and employer They are two sides of the same coin and that only by aligning the interests of both can we reach that desired balance that leads to individual and collective prosperity.
Labor Law not only protects workers, but also employers, and assigns both responsibilities and obligations that make the employment relationship a reciprocal relationship, which requires diligence and good faith from both parties.
That is why, those of us who do politics, especially those who are dedicated to the exercise of Labor Law and deepen our knowledge in the matter, must ensure the continuation of the balance between workers and employers, an unavoidable requirement to achieve true social and productive progress. .
It is imperative to take care of employment, generate employment policies, pursue the creation of genuine employment, promote labor formality; end the conflict, with the trial industry, and begin to propose work and production as the main agenda and main policy of social inclusion.
In these elections, the only losers were SMEs because as the engine of the economy and generators of 90% of employment in our country they are paralyzed, not finding policies that import true development and industrialization.
Either due to a lack of political will or force majeure circumstances, both the government of Mauricio Macri and that of Alberto Fernández could not find the answer to an unsatisfied need for years, causing the closure of more than 50 thousand SMEs, more than 10 % of Argentine SMEs.
The perverse trend on one side or the other, intense extremism and labor conflict mean that unemployment rates rise and jobs are destroyed. What has to be done is to avoid the polarization between an extreme right that protects the employer, promoter of the interests of the great and powerful, that forgets the workers; and the extreme of the left that raises the rights of the workers, turning the employer into an enemy, when it is not.
Instead, the way is to achieve a balance in labor relations, inviting all who want to join – whatever ideology they have – to be part of this transformation, to debate and share ideas, so that, based on consensus, Let’s manage to build a new reality in which the other is not identified as responsible for common problems, forging once and for all a broad we.
