The footage of Chorshanbiev’s detention on December 3 was published by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Moscow. According to the police, the athlete did not have a driver’s license and OSAGO policy valid in Russia. The detention took place after the publication of a video in which an athlete drives a Toyota Camry through the Lefortovo tunnel, violating the rules.
