In Dubna near Moscow, a man had a conflict with the MFC employees over QR codes, he threatened to return and start shooting. This was reported by REN TV, a source familiar with the situation.
According to the TV channel, a local resident came to the MFC to complain that after being vaccinated against coronavirus, he could not receive a QR code for a long time. During a dispute with representatives of the center, he threatened to return with weapons in three days and left.
The interlocutor of REN TV noted that the man’s identity has been established. The dissatisfied visitor turned out to be 42-year-old Dmitry S. Law enforcement officers are investigating the situation.
Earlier, on December 7, the shooting took place at the Ryazansky MFC in the south-east of Moscow. The shooting was opened by a visitor Sergey Glazov. As a result of the accident, two people died, both were employees of the center, and four more, including a 10-year-old child, were injured. Doctors successfully operated on the girl.
The Public Monitoring Commission (POC) clarified that the conflict occurred due to the fact that the visitor refused to wear a mask. According to the POC, Glazov was dismissed from service with the rank of lieutenant colonel in 2009, then he refused to surrender his weapon.
On December 8, the attacker pleaded guilty to the murder. On December 9, the Presnensky Court of Moscow sent Glazov into custody until February 7, 2022. The man was charged under three articles of the Criminal Code: murder of two or more persons committed in a generally dangerous way, attempted murder of two or more persons in a generally dangerous way, including a minor, and arms trafficking.
