A resident of Ershov pleaded guilty to violence against a minor

In Ershov, a 36-year-old previously convicted man pleaded guilty to sexual abuse of a minor. This was reported on December 11 on the website of the RF IC department for the Saratov region.

Investigators intend to ask the court to place the accused in custody.

Earlier on Saturday, the man was charged under paragraph “b” of Part 4 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Other actions of a sexual nature with the use of violence against the victim, using the helpless state of the victim, committed against a person under the age of fourteen”).

According to the investigation, in Ershov, a married couple raising two young children allowed a 36-year-old friend to live in their apartment. On the night of December 10-11, while the spouses were in the store, leaving their daughter and son in the apartment, the man committed violent acts of a sexual nature against the girl.

Returning home, the mother saw a bruise on her daughter’s face, as well as injuries on the body. The parents called the police.

According to REN TV, the victim was only one and a half years old. It is noted that the girl is hospitalized, she is being provided with the necessary medical care.

In addition, the employees of the Investigative Committee intend to give a legal assessment of the living conditions and upbringing of children in the family, as well as the actions of the prevention authorities in terms of the timeliness and completeness of the control over the family.

On November 26, law enforcement officers in Moscow were able to detain in hot pursuit a suspect in an attack on a schoolgirl in an elevator. According to preliminary data, on November 21, a man walked into the entrance of the house after a schoolgirl. In the elevator, he grabbed her, took her into the staircase and harassed her. The suspect was detained for a day.
