More than 40 thousand people were left without electricity in Dagestan due to bad weather

In Dagestan, 39 settlements with a population of over 40 thousand people were left without electricity due to the bad weather that hit the region. This was reported on December 14 in the press service of the Ministry of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the republic.

As noted, a serious deterioration in the weather is recorded in Dagestan: rain, gusty winds up to 25 m / s.

“Power engineers have been transferred to a special mode of operation,” TASS quotes a representative of the department.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, the elimination of the consequences of massive power supply disruptions is under the control of the Ministry of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of Dagestan.

On December 2, in the Krasnodar Territory, due to the consequences of bad weather, more than 5.5 thousand people were left without electricity. In total, almost 27 thousand people remained without electricity in the Kuban, but by the evening the power engineers had restored most of the power grid infrastructure damaged by the elements in the Kuban and Adygea.
