As reported on Monday in the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region, the suspect himself came to the police. It turned out to be a 21-year-old resident of the city of Kursk. According to his testimony, the shooting was preceded by a verbal skirmish.
A criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Hooliganism with the use of weapons”).
