Russian singer Marina Khlebnikova, hospitalized with burns and carbon monoxide poisoning after the fire, posted an audio message to subscribers on her Instagram page on December 14.
The artist said that she was in a positive mood and thanked everyone who supported her.
“I am trying to get better, the doctors are helping, the staff is wonderful. So everything will be fine with me, ”she promised.
The singer added that, if possible, she will get in touch through audio messages and talk about her condition.
On November 18, a fire broke out in an apartment on Ratnaya Street in Moscow, where Khlebnikova lives with her husband and daughter. The fire covered 10 square meters. m of the room in which the singer was. She was hospitalized with burns and carbon monoxide poisoning.
According to preliminary information, the fire could have started because of an unextinguished cigarette with which the singer fell asleep.
The next day it became known that Khlebnikova was in a coma in intensive care. The artist has 20% of her face burned, as well as burns to her head, chest and thighs of varying degrees.
On December 9, the patient was transferred from the intensive care unit to the burn department. The artist’s condition has stabilized.
