She refused to answer the question why the building has no protective screens on the windows, and also noted that the institution is not a kindergarten and asked to contact the owner. In total, according to her, there are two nannies working in the garden, and at the time of the incident one was in the kitchen, and the other was washing the child.
The so-called home kindergarten is organized in a three-room apartment. The living space, according to the agreement, is rented under a residential lease agreement.
The incident became known earlier that day. It was clarified that the child fell out of the window of the third floor of an apartment building on Donbasskaya Street. The kindergarten, according to preliminary data, was illegal. The child is in the hospital. The investigation into the fact of his fall is being carried out by the investigation.
