In Balashikha, near Moscow, the commander of the Russian Guard battalion detained an armed double murder suspect. This was announced on Wednesday, December 15, by the official representative of the department Valery Gribakin.
The incident occurred on December 14 in the Dzerzhinsky microdistrict. While walking with his wife, the National Guard heard cries for help near one of the houses. He contacted the connection officer and asked to call the police.
At this time, the officer saw a man armed with a knife running out of the entrance. The Russian Guard was able to independently detain the suspect and hold him until the police arrived.
Later it turned out that two men, 58 and 65 years old, had been stabbed to death. According to preliminary information, the detainee drank alcoholic drinks with them.
According to the website kp.ru, the suspect is a 20-year-old native of the Republic of Ingushetia. It is established that he was previously an employee of the Russian Guard. In 2021, he was fired for non-compliance with the terms of the contract. The man lived with friends in the capital region, the TV channel “360” notes.
