The plane from St. Petersburg made an emergency landing in Nizhny Novgorod

The Ikar Airlines Embraer 190, flying on Thursday, December 16, on the route St. Petersburg – Nizhny Novgorod, made an emergency landing at the destination airport. This was reported in the press service of the transport prosecutor’s office.

“The Nizhny Novgorod transport prosecutor’s office is checking compliance with the requirements of the legislation on flight safety in connection with the emergency landing of an aircraft at the Nizhny Novgorod airport,” the TASS agency was quoted as saying.

Onboard there were 81 passengers and four crew members. There are no casualties. The plane was not damaged, reports RT.

On the morning of December 11, the plane flying from Moscow to Krasnodar returned to Sheremetyevo. The airliner took to the skies at 6:30, however, a depressurization sensor was triggered in the cockpit, 360 TV channel reported.

Later it turned out that there was no depressurization, and the alarm worked falsely. No alarm was announced.
