Actor Ivan Krasko complained to Putin about snow removal in St. Petersburg

People’s Artist Ivan Krasko complained to Russian President Vladimir Putin about poor snow removal in St. Petersburg.

According to the actor, he signed an appeal about poor snow removal in the city, as he agrees with the content of the letter. But the initiative was not his, explained Krasko. The text was written by activists and asked the artist to sign it.

“As I understand it, the question was: will I dare to sign a letter to the president about the snowy situation in the city,” REN TV quoted Krasko as saying on December 16.

According to Krasko, due to his age, it is very difficult for him to move around the city. The roads and sidewalks are very slippery and there is a lot of snow. He cited the center of St. Petersburg as an example; snow has not been removed on Italyanskaya Street.

“But you can break the hip joint and become a disabled person. The whole city is behind me. Since everyone turns to the president, it means that he alone can solve such problems, which is why I turned, ”added Krasko.

On December 13, an ice floe fell on a 57-year-old woman from the roof of the Ozerki shopping center on Engels Avenue in St. Petersburg. The woman was hospitalized. On the fact of the incident, an administrative case was initiated against the Capital-Profit company.
