The sale of driver’s licenses on the Internet was offered to be blocked without a trial

The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation is working on the option of pre-trial blocking of sites on which fraudsters sell driver’s licenses to Russians. Razinkin notes that the length of the judicial procedure for restricting access to such content prevents the prompt suppression of such violations.

“In this regard, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation is currently considering the issue of initiating an expansion of the list of types of information, the blocking of which is possible through an extrajudicial mechanism by the decision of authorized federal executive authorities, based on their competence,” says the document, which is at the disposal of Izvestia.

Also, Anatoly Razinkin reports that the appeal of Anatoly Vyborny to the Prosecutor General’s Office in connection with the discovery of work about a dozen such Internet resources has been considered. The deputy told Izvestia about this in November, noting that the owners of such resources offer Russians not to waste time on the official passing of exams at the traffic police, to undergo a medical examination, but simply to pay them 25 thousand rubles. and get ready documents in a few days.
