The purchase of land should be available, subject to the allocation of shares commensurate with the amount of capital for the children in the existing apartment, the initiators believe. This is necessary to exclude fraud, said the director of the company Ildar Khusainov.
The Cabinet of Ministers informed Izvestia that the letter had been received by the RF government apparatus and had been sent for consideration and reply to the applicant to the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Construction. Izvestia sent inquiries to these ministries.
Today you can only buy ready-made private houses and apartments with these funds. Restrictions on the purchase of land plots create difficulties for families when building their own home, Ildar Khusainov said.
“Although many citizens do not want to buy land plots, but ready-made houses, I would support the initiative. This is another step forward in making personalized housing affordable. We will consider the initiative, first sending it to expert groups, ”Oleg Betin, head of the IZhS commission of the public council under the Ministry of Construction, told Izvestia.
