“Coffee becomes less effective when drunk in large quantities because the body gets used to it and becomes less responsive. That is, at first you miss one cup, then two, three, and so on, “Blokhin said.
Blokhin also shared a special technique called power nap. You need to drink a cup of coffee, and then lie down to sleep for half an hour. As a result, when a person wakes up, caffeine will just start to act, and the body has already received a charge of vigor thanks to a short sleep, writes RIA Novosti.
“But in order to maintain vigor, it is better to work on the daily routine, immunity, nutrition, then the need for an additional increase in tone with the help of coffee will not arise,” she summed up.
On December 1, nutritionist Svetlana Panchenko said that large amounts of caffeine can be harmful to health and affect the functioning of the liver and thyroid gland. According to her, it can significantly disrupt gastric secretion. Consequently, proteins and iron from food will be less absorbed.
