SK began testing in connection with the hospitalization of a seven-month-old baby with burns

The Investigative Committee (IC) of St. Petersburg began an examination due to the admission to the hospital of a seven-month-old child with burns. This became known on Saturday, December 18.

The child was hospitalized on Friday with thermal burns to the back and neck.

“On this fact, the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in St. Petersburg are conducting a pre-investigation check, based on the results of which a procedural decision will be made”, said in the message of the GSUK RF.

According to the REN TV channel, while the child received burns, his mother was intoxicated and did not help him for three to four days. The baby was also diagnosed with poisoning with an unknown psychotropic substance.

Now the child is on the mend. In the near future, his father will pick him up when he returns from a business trip.

On October 25, in Noginsk, near Moscow, a two-year-old girl died as a result of alcohol poisoning. The head of the family returned from the night shift in a taxi and found his wife and daughter lying unconscious in the apartment. In the evening of the same day, the girl died in intensive care.
