According to Muravskaya, if incompatible foods come together, digestion will consume a lot of energy.

“There is a malfunction of the intestines: the process of decay and fermentation begins. Food is not assimilated, splitting stops, nutrients are not absorbed, toxins are formed that poison the body, various diseases develop, ”the nutritionist warned.

On December 18, nutritionist Alena Stepanova said that during the cold winter period, you can take vitamins C and D, you also need to monitor your diet and not eat sweets in large quantities. She advised walking more in the fresh air and noted that a specialist should prescribe the dosage of vitamins.
