Due to the power outage, tourists from the cable cars had to be removed on a diesel generator with the help of rescuers.
Earlier, on December 16, almost 6 thousand people were left without electricity in the Cherepovets, Ustyuzhensky and Kaduysky districts of the Vologda region due to an accident on the power grid.
