Police searched the car of a man suspected of killing his wife and mother-in-law in an apartment in southern Moscow. This became known on Monday, December 20.
Izvestia got its hands on footage showing how law enforcement officers inspect the car.
The murder took place on December 19 in an apartment at a house on the Kashirskoye highway. The head of the family, during a quarrel with his wife, began to beat her and his 85-year-old mother-in-law.
Their 10-year-old daughter, who managed to escape from the apartment, became a witness of what was happening. The 52-year-old alleged offender was detained.
According to some reports, the married couple quarreled for a long time and were preparing for a divorce. They had four daughters. It is also known that the man worked as a shoe repairman.
A criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Murder of two or more persons”).
