Earlier that day, the traffic police reported that in Moscow for 11 months of this year there has been a decrease in grave consequences as a result of road accidents involving taxis by 16.1%, according to the website kp.ru.

On December 3, the Moscow State Traffic Inspectorate recalled that for driving while intoxicated, the driver may be deprived of his license for a period of 1.5 to 2 years.
