“What a scuffle, what a fight? What are you talking about? Which video? I wrote a statement to the police about the unlawful retention of the child. About illegal detention, imprisonment of a child for one and a half hours. I stood at the bottom and asked to return my child to me. A police squad was called, ”he said on December 21.
Teplyakov claims that the exam procedure was allegedly violated, and the delivery itself was ordered without notifying the parents. The assessment criteria, according to the man, were also not voiced. The girl was prepared for the oral exam, Teplyakov specified, but the teachers told her that she could not take the exam orally.
According to him, the administration, Rosobrnadzor and the educational unit were notified that the parents prohibit the written exam, since the child did not prepare for it. However, according to the requirements, if the girl does not answer the first question in writing, she will not be admitted to the second part, that is, to the oral exam.
Alice’s father explained that the response time cannot exceed 20 minutes, but the girl did not leave the office for a long time. He asked where his child was, but the man was ignored. Then he went after the girl himself, the university staff had to call the police.
“They tortured a small child for an hour and a half, and held for an hour and a half, despite the parents’ demand to return him,” Teplyakov complained.
The man promised to contact the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor’s Office and Rosobrnadzor.
The incident took place earlier that day. It was reported that the man attacked the head of the department. On December 21, Teplyakova had an exam, during which only a student could be present without an accompanying person. Dad was expecting the girl at the guard post. At some point, according to witnesses, he tried to break through, started screaming, and the security forces managed to detain him.
The university clarified that the girl answered incorrectly during the exam and ran out of the audience before learning the result. The commission was waiting for the student to report the result, but the father “made a scandal.”
The fact that a schoolgirl from Moscow passed the USE at the age of eight became known on July 9. She graduated from school number 626, passed the exam and received a certificate for the 11th grade. According to her father, at the age of seven, the girl received a certificate for the ninth grade, then passed the subjects for the 11th grade, but received the document a year later for technical reasons.
In August, it was reported that Alisa Teplyakova did not enter a budgetary place at the psychological faculty of Moscow State University. Her father said that the girl will study on a contractual basis.
