The lowest average travel check is in the first three months of 2022, but it is best to plan vacations in March, September and December. Such data follows from a study conducted by Ozon Travel. The text of the research is at the disposal of Izvestia.
“According to price forecasts for 2022, the lowest average ticket for flights is in the first three months of the year. At the same time, January and February are not the most profitable months for vacation – there are few working days, and vacation pay will be less. It is best to plan a vacation in March, September and December, “the text says.
In February, the average ticket for a one-way flight in Russia is no more than 5 thousand rubles, while in peak August the average price for a one-way ticket will be more than 12 thousand rubles.
In January, the cheapest flight in Russia – from Perm to Mineralnye Vody – 888 rubles, while flying from Moscow to Knevichi (Vladivostok) and returning will cost 113,654 rubles.
According to the analysts of the company, the main factor for choosing tickets is still the low price. They also pay attention to the completeness of information about possible surcharges, the presence of a loyalty program, cashback, promotions and discounts. Among the “non-price factors” – convenient departure time, direct flight and included luggage are no longer markers of benefit.
Another important factor when deciding whether to buy tickets is the trust in the service.
According to Mikhail Osin, CEO of Ozon Travel, the demand for travel is recovering, and the number of orders in September, October and November exceeds the indicators of 2019.
“The share of international flights, although it remains insignificant, is gradually increasing, so our forecast for 2022 is optimistic. People travel for a wide variety of purposes. Although the pandemic has made adjustments, the basic principle remains the same: the closer to the departure date, the more expensive. Plan your travels for 2022 in advance, ”Osin emphasized.
On December 21, the general director of the Pink Elephant travel agency network Aleksan Mkrtchyan told Izvestia that in 2021, Russians made 15% more trips around the country than in the pre-pandemic year 2019, and the most popular destinations were the Krasnodar Territory and Crimea.
Unexpectedly, in 2021, Dagestan “shot”. In addition, Kaliningrad is popular – for the second year in a row it replaces closed Europe for Russians.
