“As for such indicators as the presence of the required length of service and a certain value of the individual pension coefficient, it should be noted that the length of service and the value of the individual pension coefficient will increase annually until it becomes equal to 15 and 30, respectively,” Tarasova said in an interview with the agency “ Prime “.
At the same time, Tarasova explained, in 2022, in order to receive a pension, you will need to have at least 13 years of experience and 23.4 – an individual pension coefficient. With a shortage of pension coefficients and seniority, the appointment of a pension will be postponed until the required amount appears, she added.
According to her, if five years after reaching the retirement age, the work experience and the coefficient are still not enough, the person will be assigned a social pension.
On December 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on December 21 according to which the freezing of the funded part of the pension is extended until the end of 2024. The financial and economic justification says that the implementation of the bill will lead to a decrease in the transfer from the federal budget to the budget of the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) by 772.9 billion rubles.
Earlier, on December 15, the Federation Council approved a law extending the freeze of the funded part of pensions until 2024. The State Duma approved the document in the III reading on December 8.
