According to the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Utilities, when considering the budget for next year, 45 billion rubles were included in the expense item for resettling people from emergency housing.

Pakhomov noted that within the framework of the already completed first stage of the program for resettlement of emergency housing in Russia, more than 10 million square meters were resettled. m of housing. According to him, now the second stage is underway, which will be completed by the end of 2024. The chairman of the committee noted that some regions have completed their obligations under the second stage of the program ahead of schedule. As the Russian leader said earlier on Thursday, the government will look at the state of regional finances and set up a mechanism for resettlement. In addition, according to him, the state will find a solution to the issue concerning people who pay mortgages for emergency housing.

On December 2, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced that the Russian government will allocate an additional 100 billion rubles for resettlement of emergency housing in 2021. According to him, these measures will resettle about 2 million square meters. m of emergency housing.

In September, Vladimir Putin noted that the situation with emergency housing remains the main problematic point in the central regions of Russia. The head of state instructed the government to provide 45 billion rubles in the budget for 2022 for resettlement of emergency housing in the regions.
