The day before, ten people, including two children, were injured in an accident with a bus and a car in the Sverdlovsk region. The accident took place in the city of Kamensk-Uralsky. The motorist, who became the culprit of the accident, fled from the scene.

On December 19, three people were killed in an accident in the Kemerovo region. The collision of cars occurred at night on the 4th km of the Kemerovo-Anzhero-Sudzhensk highway, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region said.
