Investigators have completed a criminal investigation against a 37-year-old resident of Novosibirsk, who intervened in his son’s conflict on an ice slide. This was reported on December 24 by the Investigation Department of the RF IC for the region.
A man is suspected of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Intentional infliction of minor harm to health that caused a short-term health disorder”), Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Threats of murder if there were reasons to fear the implementation of this threat”).
According to the investigation, on January 11, 2021, a conflict broke out between two boys in one of the courtyards of Novosibirsk. The father of one of the children, seeing what was happening through the window, went out into the street and grabbed a 10-year-old boy by his outer clothing. After that, the accused began to restrain the child at the scene, while his son, at the direction of the parent, kicked and punched multiple blows to the head and torso.
“In addition, the accused, realizing his physical and age superiority over the child and knowing for certain that the latter would not be able to provide him with adequate resistance, grabbed the boy by the collar of his outer clothing and lifted him off the ground, squeezing his neck with the collar of his jacket, after which he spoke to him death threats, ”the UK stressed.
After that, the man released the child. The victim told his mother about the incident, who sent the child to the hospital, where he received medical assistance.
Investigators intend to send the criminal case to court in the near future.
At the same time, according to REN TV, the accused in the case turned out to be a former candidate for deputy of the Novosibirsk City Council, who last year ran for the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
On December 1, in the Altai Territory, a 10th grade student shot another student in the head with a pneumatic pistol. The victim was hospitalized, the condition of the teenager was assessed as satisfactory. According to some reports, the tenth grader was aiming at a tree, but the bullet ricocheted and hit the eighth grader.
