Mobile offices based on Gazelle Next cars will be installed in 30 constituent entities of Russia to provide free legal assistance. This is stated in the message of the press service of the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
It is noted that the cars were manufactured by order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Mobile points are offices, inside which a working area is equipped for personnel and the reception of citizens.
Cars are equipped with air conditioning, heater, and folding steps to facilitate access for people with limited mobility and the elderly. The salon is equipped with furniture for storing documents and things of operators.
According to the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Maxim Beskhmelnitsyn, who took part in the solemn ceremony of handing over the vehicles, mobile points are especially needed in hard-to-reach and remote settlements. Moreover, the machines can be used in emergency situations.
Earlier, on December 4, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order that Russian citizens will be able to receive free legal assistance in a remote format using the state information system “Legal Assistance”. 10 regions will participate in the pilot project, including Tatarstan, Krasnodar Territory, Moscow, Rostov, Smolensk, Kemerovo, Irkutsk, Kursk, Tambov and Ulyanovsk Regions.
As noted in the message of the government, now the country does not have a unified approach to providing citizens with free legal aid. To understand where to get it, people have to study a lot of information resources. To launch the program, the Ministry of Justice, together with the regions, will develop roadmaps for the provision of free legal aid using electronic services, and will also determine the required list of information systems.
Free legal assistance to citizens is carried out within the framework of the Federal Law No. 324-FZ, adopted in 2011.
Russians whose income (single or family) is lower than the subsistence level established in a constituent entity of the Russian Federation, disabled people of groups I and II, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and Heroes of the Russian Federation, disabled children, orphans, children, can count on such services. those left without parental care, and some categories of pensioners.
