The driver of the Audi A8 opened fire from a traumatic weapon during a road conflict with an ambulance in St. Petersburg, he was detained. It was reported on Friday, December 24, by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It is noted that the incident took place in the city of Pushkin at 8 Hospitalnaya Street. Police officers in the area received a message about a road conflict at about 14:00 Moscow time.
“According to the police, during the conflict, the driver of a foreign car damaged the rear-view mirror of the ambulance and fired several shots into the air from an object that looked like a pistol, after which he fled from the scene,” the message says.
As a result of operational actions, the offender was intercepted: his car was blocked on Tverskaya Street in the city of Kolpino, next to Pushkin.
The driver of the foreign car was searched, as a result, law enforcement officers seized a traumatic pistol from him.
“The offender was taken to the police for further investigation. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved, ”concludes the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Earlier it was reported that on December 21, a resident of Krasnoyarsk turned to the police and said that her 32-year-old brother was beating up their mother. The police arrived at the scene and in the apartment found that the man was not himself, after which they called the doctors. During the examination, the man sprayed a can of gas into the air and stabbed the doctor in the back. After that, during the arrest, he stabbed the police officers in the thighs.
A criminal case was initiated on the use of violence against a government official.
