The judge, who, in a state of alcoholic intoxication, arranged an accident and refused a medical examination in Yalta, was deprived of his authority. This was reported on December 24 by TASS, citing a law enforcement source.

“Judge of the Central District Court of Simferopol, Yuri Gulevich, was deprived of his authority for participating in an accident and refusing to have a medical examination. Now, an administrative protocol can be drawn up against him, and he is also threatened with deprivation of his driver’s license, ”said the agency’s interlocutor.

The incident took place on December 14th. The Volkswagen Tiguan, in which the judge was, crashed into a Porsche Cayenne. As a result of the incident, no one was injured. The driver, who became the culprit of the road accident, was intoxicated, threatened the police and used foul language, writes “Gazeta.Ru”.

The incident was also captured on video.

On December 22, it was reported that in Vladivostok a former policeman would appear before the court, accused of violating traffic rules: he knocked down a 62-year-old woman at a pedestrian crossing, who later died. According to the investigation, the accused, driving an official car, did not give way to pedestrians when entering an unregulated pedestrian crossing and hit a 62-year-old woman.
