Aeroexpress trains to Vnukovo to start stopping at Aminevskaya station

Aeroexpress trains running to Vnukovo Airport will stop at the Aminevskaya station of the Kiev direction of the Moscow Railway (MZD) from December 27, 2021. The press service of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of the capital announced this on Friday, December 24.

“From December 27, it will be possible to get to Vnukovo by Aeroexpress from the Aminevskaya station. The drive to the airport is only 25 minutes. Aeroexpress trains will stop at Aminevskaya at 10 minutes of every hour, “the Moscow city news agency quoted the message.

Aminevskaya station is connected to the station of the same name on the Big Circle Line (BCL) of the Moscow metro. You can buy train tickets at the ticket machines at the station before the trip, on the Aeroexpress website and in the application (all Aeroexpress fares will apply to travel from Aminevskaya).

Travel time from Kievsky railway station to the airport will remain the same – 35 minutes, writes “Moscow 24”.

Earlier, on May 1, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrei Bochkarev reported that the metro to the capital’s Vnukovo airport would be launched in 2023. He said that at present, work continues on the construction of a section of the Kalininsko-Solntsevskaya metro line to the airport.
