The 44-year-old artist applied for a pension to the Pension Fund, but was refused. She had to go to court to get the right to insurance payments.
The fact is that Malikova has the title of Honored Artist of Russia. This category of citizens can receive a pension after 20 years of work experience. The Basmanny Court ruled in favor of the singer.
The artist does not comment on her new status, referring to the fact that her father, the creator and head of VIA “Samotsvety” Yuri Malikov, was involved in court cases.
On September 22, Russian singer Lolita Milyavskaya announced the size of the pension of People’s Artist of the USSR Alla Pugacheva.
According to Milyavskaya, Pugacheva’s pension is 46 thousand rubles, and she herself – 23 thousand rubles.
