“This year a theme was proposed – to decorate Christmas trees in honor of different cities of the world. Also, the designers themselves expressed a desire and decorated small Christmas trees, which are decorated in the same way as the large ones on display, and these trees will be delivered by charitable foundations to orphanages, “Nemeryuk told the Moscow city news agency.
He recalled that Christmas trees have been erected on Kuznetsky Most Street for several years, which famous Russian designers decorate using various concepts, writes Life.Ru.
The traditional gallery of fashionable New Year’s trees, decorated with the participation of famous stylists, composers, ballet dancers and musicians, was opened as part of the Journey to Christmas festival, RIAMO notes.
Earlier that day, Narine Sugyan, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics of the Russian Medical Academy of Continuing Professional Education, Deputy Chief Physician for Childhood at the Khimki Regional Hospital, said that children from 6 years old can celebrate the New Year with the chimes.
