Putin called improving the welfare of Russians the main goal of the authorities

The main goal of the authorities is to increase the well-being and incomes of Russians. This was announced on Friday, December 31, by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his traditional New Year’s address, which has already been watched by residents of the country’s easternmost regions – Kamchatka and Chukotka.

We have already celebrated the New Year in these regions. Residents of Kamchatka and Chukotka celebrate 9 hours earlier than in Moscow.

Putin drew attention to the fact that improving the well-being and quality of life of Russians will make the country even stronger. On the eve of the New Year, as the head of state noted, all people are united by the hope for good changes.

“The most important thing is that we overcame all the difficulties of the outgoing year together, defended those who found themselves in a difficult situation, first of all supported people of the older generations and families where children grow up – the future of Russia. We firmly and consistently defended our national interests, the security of the country and citizens, ”said the President of the Russian Federation.

The day before, Putin wished the heads of foreign states and governments a Happy New Year and Merry Christmas. In total, more than 70 current and former heads of state, as well as heads of international organizations, received congratulations from Putin.

According to Denis Khakimov, a specialist at the Moscow Psychological Aid Service, the main thing in the holiday is to have a good time with family and friends, experience positive emotions, communicate and get vivid impressions. He also recommended not to burden yourself with household chores and give yourself a gift.
