Representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk congratulated REN TV on its anniversary

Irina Volk, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, congratulated REN TV on its 25th anniversary and wished its staff prosperity.

“The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation cordially congratulates the staff of the TV channel and its head Vladimir Tyulin on this wonderful anniversary!” – said in a message on the ministry’s page on the VKontakte social network.

As the representative of the department noted, over the years of operation, the TV channel has taken one of the leading places among the leading media resources.

“The versatile focus of broadcasting has united fans of investigative journalism, documentary projects, crime chronicles and fighting fights,” she said.

Volk also pointed out that REN TV programs have repeatedly become TEFI laureates and have been awarded other prestigious awards.

According to her, the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs especially appreciates the attention of the TV channel to the work of the department and hopes for further fruitful cooperation.

“I wish the channel success, interesting projects and prosperity!” – added the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Earlier that day, Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev also sent congratulations to REN TV. He noted the high professionalism of the management of the TV company and the skill of its employees.

Russian President Vladimir Putin also sent a congratulatory telegram to the TV channel. The head of state drew attention to the successes of REN TV and stressed that it is based on “tireless work and firm adherence to the principles of journalistic ethics of the friendly, close-knit team of the TV channel.” The head of the government Mikhail Mishustin also congratulated the TV channel on the anniversary.

REN TV began broadcasting on January 1, 1997. Today it is a large federal channel that covers the news of the country and the world, as well as shows entertainment, information, sports and documentary content. The programs and staff of the TV channel have repeatedly become laureates of the TEFI national television award and other professional awards.
