Changes between buses, electric buses and trams of the same route became free in Moscow. This is stated in a message published on January 2 on the official website of the government and the mayor of Moscow.
“Now a transfer between buses, electric buses and trams of the same route can be done free of charge within 90 minutes. Previously, this was only valid for different routes, ”the statement says.
For a free transfer, passengers should link the Troika to their personal account in the Moscow Metro application or on the metro website. After the payment for the first trip has passed, a citizen can change trains free of charge for 90 minutes between any buses, electric buses and trams.
“No other city in Russia has such a convenient ticket menu and conditions for comfortable movement by public transport,” the site quotes the words of the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport Maxim Liksutov.
Since January 2, prices for public transport have changed in Moscow.
