The preliminary cause of the accident with a bus in the Ryazan region was bad weather. According to Izvestia, there is heavy ice in the area of the accident, presumably, the vehicle led and carried it to the support of the railway bridge.
At the same time, the PKU “Uprdor Moscow – Volgograd” reported that the section of the road where the accident occurred was not covered with ice, the road was treated with an anti-icing compound half an hour before the accident.
